In-Store Purchase Return Policy
India Bazaar takes pride in the quality of its products and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. But if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products please feel free to contact our customer service and we will be more than happy to help you.
What products are eligible for a return or exchange?
All unopened edible products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt at any India Bazaar location in the DFW area. Store credit can be issued to a rewards card member in case of a missing receipt. A return cannot be processed unless a purchase record is found through a receipt or loyalty program.
What if I want to return a non-food item or a utensil I purchased?
Utensils & non-food items that are brought back in their original condition and packaging can be returned against a store credit within 48 hours from the date of purchase with the original purchase receipt only.
What if an edible product I bought is damaged or contaminated?
Any edible product that may be damaged or contaminated with proof of purchase can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 48 hours from the date of purchase or the product expiration date whichever is earlier. Some exceptions may apply.
For returns of EBT purchased items?
India Bazaar supports equality, we give store credit as a refund on your India Bazaar rewards card for returns of EBT eligible items. Some exclusions apply.
Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Vegetables, fruits, frozen foods, tobacco, utensils, dairy products, non-food items, opened items/ not in original packing & any other merchandise that has surpassed its expiry or is less than 3 days away from its expiration date cannot be returned or exchanged.

I bought a product from the Plano location but would like to return it at India Bazaar Frisco. Can I do that?
India Bazaar gives its shoppers the flexibility to easily return a product at any location of their choice in the DFW area without having to worry about the location of purchase.

All customers are encouraged to retain their purchase receipts. We reserve the right to change the policy terms mentioned here without giving any prior notice.
